Booking terms
A security deposit of $500 is required upon reservation and confirms the dates of the tenant's stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days following the stay, provided that the cottage and the premises are in the same condition as when the tenant arrived and without any damage. Full payment for the stay is required 30 days before the tenant's arrival. The owner accepts Interac transfers.

Covid 19 measures
For everyone's safety, the cottage is carefully disinfected after each visit by our housekeeper. It is important that any and all guests have no Covid 19 symptoms during and before your visit, have not traveled outside the country and have not been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid 19 within the 14 days before your stay. Please advise us if any symptoms appeared during your stay. You must respect the Covid 19 measures put in place by the government.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to the owner. If the tenant decides to cancel his stay, the owner will keep the security deposit paid in advance when booking. If the cancellation occurs after the arrival date, the tenant will be required to pay the full rental amount as well as the security deposit for the breaking of the contract. In the event that the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems with the building (water, electricity, etc.), the owners liability would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation would be granted.

Arrival time and departure time
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, theft or loss of property of the tenant and his guests during the stay.

Non-smoking cottages
Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes and the ashes in an appropriate place. (ashtray, not on the ground or in the wood).

Fireworks and animals are prohibited.
Unless there is a special agreement with the owner, animals are prohibited at all times in our cottages.

Hot tub
For your enjoyment all our cottages are equipped with a hot tub. After each use, it is important to add our product in order to maintain optimal water quality. The lid should also be closed after use to maintain the correct water temperature.

Respect for the neighborhood
We ask you to respect the surrounding private properties and our neighbors. They are very nice and we want to keep a good relationship with them. You can go into the forest but avoid going onto their properties. Please turn down the volume while outside as of 11 pm.

Break or loss
Please notify us if you lose or break an item in the cottage so that we can replace it for future guests.
​
Rentals
The tenant and his guests agree to respect the regulations of each establishment at all times. The tenant may not assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the premises.
